The Vermigli House Residence is a large 1800s home, which is still in need of some cosmetic work. In the fall of 2023 we performed a major remodel to the upstairs bathrooms, turning it into a large common bathroom, and a master bathroom for the Resident Assistant quarters. This work totalled just over $30,000, but was a major improvement for the residents, with the common bathroom having 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 3 showers.
